Briana DeJesus explains her side after she’s sued for unpaid construction fees

Briana DeJesus has found herself in a seriously tricky situation.

Reported by The Ashley, the Teen Mom 2 star is being sued by a company which helped out with tools used to build her family’s current townhouse. Apparently, Bri left some unpaid fees, and now has to pay a sum of $5,585.

As the publication points out, Briana currently lives with her mom Roxanne, her sister Brittany, and her daughters Nova and Stella. They reside in Florida.

The mom-of-two recently spoke to The Sun about the whole ordeal, confirming in fact that she is being sued by the company, and as you could expect, is not placing the blame on herself. Apparently, Bri’s side of the story is that parts of the construction on her home were poorly done, and so she does not want to pay the fees.

“Granite was not cut right and they messed up the plumbing,” Bri told The Sun. “We are fighting to not pay for it because they messed up.”

The Ashley reports that the Florida home cost Briana DeJesus a cool $269,600. However, it looks like that extra $5,585 isn’t acceptable for the MTV star.

Fans of Teen Mom 2 will know that Bri came onto the scene in 2017 when she joined the main cast of the reality series. Her first daughter, Nova, was born in 2011, and her second, Stella, was born in 2017.

The MTV show has shown her up and down struggles with raising two young children, her relationship with baby daddies Devoin Austin II and Luis Hernandez, as well as her drama with co-stars Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin.

Chances are, if Briana DeJesus continues to fight this lawsuit, we’ll probably see it unfold during an episode of Teen Mom 2.
