In Episode 14 of Big Brother Canada 9, Austin found herself heading out the door in a week unlike any other inside the Big Brother Canada House. The House got sent into disarray after a new twist called the Invisible HOH, which gave the winner the power to make their nominations in private and compete in that week’s POV Competition, was unleashed.

Who better to claim the power than Victoria, whose HOH reign delivered the entertainment and ultimately saw Victoria send Austin, one of her allies, out the door.

Following the Eviction, the power was once again up for grabs and would see Beth, one-third of the throuple, claim victory.

So with things seemingly back to normal this week, who did Beth nominate, and would Victoria’s actions as Invisible HOH come back to bite her?

Let’s talk about what happened on Episode 15 of Big Brother Canada 9.

Big Brother Canada 9: Beth takes her game into her own hands

As you may remember, at the end of last week’s episode, the HOH Competition came down to a tie-breaker between Beth and Jedson. In the DR, Beth expressed her desire to win HOH and take her game into her own hands. Luckily, Tychon and Jedson threw the competition, allowing her to do so.

While this was great news for The Sunsetters, members of the Oddballs alliance Breydon and Rohan felt their heads were on the chopping block after being put on Slop with Tera and Tina.

In the Storage Room, the OddBalls criticized the move and Beth’s obvious alliance with Jedson and Tychon, and Tera voiced her concern she might be going on the block against Rohan.

Meanwhile, Victoria headed into the Bathroom to congratulate Beth and begin planting the seeds of Rohan’s demise. Although Beth played along, she made it clear in the DR she was trying to keep Victoria, a wildcard, calm, implying she may not have come out of last week unscathed.

The speculation begins and the Houseguests lean on allies

In the Storage Room, Breydon and Rohan discussed what to do moving forward. In the DR, Rohan explained that with Austin and Kyle out of the House, he and Breydon had become closer, and knowing Breydon has a better relationship with Beth, he would suggest Breydon put in a good word for him.

In the OLG Room, Tera once again voiced concern that she’d be going on the block to Tina. In response, Tina told her they should talk to Jedson, who she believed would likely influence Beth’s nominations. She also assured her she’d do everything she could to keep her from leaving.

Later on, Beth would have a conversation with Jedson and Tychon about what to do. Both men agreed that Rohan and Tera were the ideal nominations, with Rohan as the target. However, in the event Rohan won the POV, Jedson suggested they backdoor Victoria, although Beth seemed to be against the idea.

Jedson then spoke with Tera, who expressed her concerns and asked for some advice. While Jedson told her she might be a pawn, Tera made it clear she felt Breydon was a safer pick. In response, Jedson advised Tera to speak with Beth.

In the Living Room, Kiefer and Victoria speculated about what Beth would do, with Kiefer echoing the sentiment that Jedson and Tychon were in her ear. Yet, both believed they’d be able to keep a low profile, a task made easier for Sunsetter Kiefer.

In the HOH Room, Beth would assure Breydon’s safety and suggest Rohan was her target. In the DR, Breydon confirmed his loyalty to Rohan and, back in the HOH Room, would try to put the target on to Victoria, letting Beth and her boys know Victoria tried to pin the Invisible HOH on them last week. He also reminded them that Victoria has more competition wins.

Tera faces the music

Beth then spoke with Tera, and the moment Tera was dreading came to light as Beth told her she would be going on the block as a pawn after having spread Beth’s name around as her own potential target. Following this conversation, Beth went to the OLG Room to talk to Breydon.

There Breydon would check in with her and put in some more work to get Victoria backdoored. In the process, he would say that he believed Victoria was suspicious of his proximity to Beth and the boys and that she admitted she would likely target Jedson and Beth in the coming weeks. This conversation seemed to change Beth’s mind and solidify a Victoria backdoor.

Beth seemed even more confident in her decision after Rohan assured her he isn’t coming after her and that he believed Jedson and Tychon thought they could beat Beth in the Final Two.

While Beth agreed, she would tell him he had to go up on the block for her to get a bigger target out. After being filled in on the conversation, Jedson and Tychon were worried this move would serve Beth better than the trio.

Nevertheless, when it came time for the Nomination Ceremony, Beth went ahead with her plan, naming Tera and Rohan as her nominees and naming Rohan as her target so no one would be the wiser.
