It’s been over 20 years since Curb Your Enthusiasm hit HBO, and the hilarious comedy series is still going strong. Golden Globe nominee and Seinfeld writer Larry David created the show and stars in it as a fictionalized version of himself as he constantly gets into sticky situations and never fails to be his authentic self. While the character certainly faces his fair share of drama in every single episode, it’s so amusing to watch him be so unapologetic.

If you haven’t watched any of the 10 seasons, you’re seriously missing out. Curb Your Enthusiasm season 11 has been confirmed, so there’s no time like the present to jump in for an easy and fun watch before the show returns. And for those who have watched every episode and are desperate for more, here’s everything we know about the highly-anticipated next season.

Curb Your Enthusiasm season 11 release date

It was announced in June 2020 that Curb Your Enthusiasm season 11 is happening. As of right now, however, there is not a confirmed release date for the upcoming episodes. The good news is, there’s a high possibility season 11 will debut on HBO sometime this year.

As reported by TV Line, Curb star Jeff Garlin featured on The Ringer‘s podcast 10 Questions with Kyle Brandt earlier this month, where he shared of the season, “We have three more weeks left and we’ll have a season that’ll probably come out, I’m guessing, in the fall.” That sounds promising to me!

We’ll keep you updated once HBO confirms the Curb Your Enthusiasm season 11 release date. Fingers crossed it does drop this year!

Curb Your Enthusiasm season 11 cast

While the Curb season 11 cast has not been officially announced yet, we’re expecting the usual group of actors to return, including Larry David, Jeff Garlin, Cheryl Hines, Susie Essman, and more.

Unfortunately, actor Richard Lewis has confirmed that he will not be returning for the next season due to recent surgeries he’s had. According to Variety, Lewis shared the news on Twitter and also told the publication that he hopes to be back for Curb Your Enthusiasm season 12.

UPDATE 4/23/2021: In a surprise move, Lewis actually confirmed this week that he’ll appear in Curb season 11 after all! The actor took to Twitter with the message below:

Curb Your Enthusiasm season 11 synopsis

An official synopsis for season 11 has not yet been released, but considering Curb usually follows current events and how Larry deals with what’s going on in the world, fans were expecting the COVID-19 pandemic to play a large role. However, Jeff Garlin confirmed during The Ringer‘s podcast previously mentioned that the coronavirus will not, in fact, be featured heavily.

“Except for the first episode, we don’t do any COVID stuff,” Garlin revealed. “The first episode, it touches on [COVID], there’s a couple of things. But it’s a post-COVID world in Curb.” Interesting!

Curb Your Enthusiasm season 11 trailer

A trailer for Curb Your Enthusiasm season 11 has not yet been released. If the next installment does come out in the fall, we’d expect a trailer to debut sometime this summer. This is all just speculation, though, of course.

I’m personally so excited for the return of Larry David on my TV screen, and will update you all on the status of Curb season 11 once we get more news about it!
