Is Kailyn Lowry having more kids? Teen Mom 2 star explains why she’s freezing her eggs

MTV star Kailyn Lowry is known to always be honest with her fanbase, which is something they tend to appreciate. So we all know that when it comes to having babies, she’ll tell us straight-up how she’s feeling. The Teen Mom 2 personality has four sons, three of whom are fathered by different men, and she continues to be real with us on having more in the future both on our screens and on social media.

The Teen Mom 2 part 1 reunion special aired on July 27, and according to US Weekly, Kail opened up on her decision to freeze her eggs. Although she’s already a mom-of-four, her fans know that the 29-year-old reality star absolutely loves having kids and so it’s not surprising she would want to add another baby to her family sometime in the future.

Here’s what Kailyn had to say about freezing her eggs:

"“I was doing [egg harvesting] first, and I’m glad I started doing it, because then I found out I have PCOS. I’m not even saying I would have more [kids], I just want the possibility, if five years from now, I do meet the love of my life and we want to have kids, I have healthy eggs.”"

So it looks like the Pennsylvania native isn’t exactly set on having more children in the future, but she wants to have that option just in case. Especially if she finds love or gets married, we’d imagine kids would be on the table then. For now, the jury’s out on whether or not Kailyn will definitely be having another baby. But don’t be surprised if we hear pregnancy rumors or a pregnancy announcement post sometime in the next few years!

As for Kail’s love life, we’ve seen her ups and downs in relationships unfold on our screens, and it doesn’t look like she’s currently in a relationship. At least, not a public one. But like we’ve said, Kailyn is very open with her fans and so we don’t think she’d keep her dating life private.

Her last public relationship was with Chris Lopez, the father of her two sons Lux and Creed. Fortunately, the two have gone their separate ways and after all the drama they went through, we highly doubt they would get back together — at least anytime soon. However, they were on and off for years so anything is possible at this point. We just know fans would be furious if Kail took Chris back considering the way he treated her.

At the end of the day, it’s Kailyn‘s decision as to who she wants to date and how many kids she wants to have. We’ll be curious to see if and when that time comes for her to welcome another little one into her adorable family.
