Who is hosting the Saturday Night Live season 47 premiere?

Saturday Night Live season 47 returns to NBC on Saturday, Oct. 2, 2021, but who will be hosting the highly anticipated season premiere? Here’s the rumor!

Fans were expecting for SNL to arrive in the month of September 2021, instead, it’s been announced that the new season is coming out on Oct. 2, so at least it’s not too late in the year and still part of the Fall TV season.

What hasn’t been announced, however, are names of the cast member set to return this coming season, or even new cast members. We’re anxious to see who will return as we don’t want to lose Pete Davidson, Colin Jost, Kenan Thompson, or, well, anyone else!

Another thing that has yet to be announced, are the first set of hosts. We are still in the dark about who will be taking the stage this season. SNL never releases the names too far in advanced, but you’d think we would at least know about the season premiere.

All we know is who is rumored to be hosting…Kim Kardashian herself!

Is Kim Kardashian hosting the Saturday Night Live season 47 premiere?

That’s right, reports claim that Kim Kardashian is in talks with SNL producers about hosting the first episode.

Kim most recently appeared alongside Paris Hilton in Hilton’s cooking show Cooking with Paris on Netflix. The reality star has also appeared in episodes in 30 Rock and How I Met Your Mother, she also starred in Dancing with the Stars. But never anything like SNL. 

Do you think Kim would do a good job as host? Don’t underestimate the multi-tasking businesswoman! I think she’d do a pretty great job and if she fails, we would get some fun cringey sketches out of it, so there’s that!
