When is the Dexter: New Blood season 1 finale coming out?

Dexter: New Blood episode 9 leaves audiences on the edge of their seat. Needless to say, we can’t to see what episode 10 will bring as we know a huge reveal and many surprises are coming in the finale.

At this time, Dexter: New Blood episode 10 is set to be the series finale as the series has not been renewed by Showtime. We’re not sure if it will be renewed as it has been set to be a miniseries from creator Clyde Phillips. However, this wouldn’t be the first time a “limited” or miniseries is renewed for one or more seasons. One thing is for sure, Phillips promises a “stunning, shocking” and “unexpected” ending. According to Polygon, Phillips has teased that “the ending of this new season…will blow up the internet.”

When is the Dexter: New Blood finale coming out?

Assuming episode 10 will be the grand finale, here’s what we know about the upcoming episode.

Dexter: New Blood episode 10 will stream on Showtime at 12:01 a.m. ET on Sunday, Jan. 9, . For those in central time, this means you can stream the episode as early as Saturday night at 11:01 p.m. (check your time zone to be sure). Additionally, the season finale will air on the network Sunday night at 9 p.m. ET. So you have the option of streaming it on the app or waiting to watch it on the network.

Episode 10 is hyped, to say the least, and if Phillips is right, we are in for many surprises! What do you think will happen? Will there be a major death? It can’t get bigger than Dexter, and I don’t know if they would kill off the main character. On the other hand, if there are no more seasons, Dexter’s death would be fitting, with Harrison carrying  on his father’s legacy. This is only our theory though! The only way to find out is to watch this Sunday, Jan. 9.
