If you love Will Arnett and murder-mysteries, you need to watch Murderville on Netflix! Murderville is a new murder-mystery series with a splash of reality and actors breaking character many, many times. What’s be more fun than that?

Netflix has been giving subscribers goofy shows lately that are all about wanting audiences to have a good time. Shows such as The Woman in the Housefor example. There’s no need to think about the plot too much, worry about the drama, and, best of all, these have been quick binges with episodes under one hour long. If you’ve been enjoying this, next up is Murderville.

What is Murderville on Netflix about?

The series sees Will Arnett star as Senior Detective Terry Seattle. Each episode follows Terry teaming up with a celebrity guest star that’ll portray the role of his partner. The catch is that the guest stars don’t have a script, they don’t even know what to expect. It’s their job to go along with the story, gather the clues, and, at the end of the episode, guess who the killer is. Will they be able to crack the case or fail?

The celebrity guests are: Conan O’Brien, Marshawn Lynch, Kumail Nanjiani, Annie Murphy, Sharon Stone, and Ken Jeong.

Why Murderville is a must-watch

Since the guest stars don’t have a script and don’t know what to expect, Will Arnett goes the extra mile to make them laugh. This makes the celebrities break character, even Arnett and the other actors break, too, and it’s hilarious! I also love watching actors genuinely having a good time, and that’s what we see here.

Finally, if you love murder-mysteries, you probably enjoy gathering up all the clues in your head and solving the mystery before the answers are revealed. Will you be able to crack the case before the guest stars?

If you’re searching for a new comedy to watch, but only have a few hours, each episode of Murderville is just over 30 minutes long. All episodes of Murderville stream on Feb. 3.
