I believe that the Jurassic Park franchise is one of the most recognizable franchises of all time. Everybody has a story about the franchise and the first time they encountered that first iconic film. Today, I rank all five Jurassic Park movies ahead of the release of Jurassic World Dominion.

I remember as a kid being TERRIFIED of the original film. While we all thought the idea was fantastic to head down in those cool jeeps to Jurassic Park, the moments that followed were seriously terrifying. So would I go to a Jurassic Park if they made one? Absolutely, with no hesitation.

Speaking of Jurassic Park, I highly recommend checking out the incredible water ride down at Universal Studios Orlando. I remember visiting it and riding the ride over and over and over again. It’s a good time.

Ranking the Jurassic Park movies: Which is your favorite?

The closing of the newer trilogy is right around the corner and the trailer looks as crazy as ever. We have come to expect way more, over-the-top crazy rides than we got in the earlier 90s. Which I believe has ruffled the feathers of the fans of the original films. Chris Pratt hasn’t exactly enamored people as our lead, nor do they like the more modern take on the original classics. However, I see a ton of good in the newer films and believe that they have been much better than I had expected.

Speaking of Jurassic World Dominion, the trailer shows that we are joining the latest movie trend of blending the old and new franchises. I am intrigued by this = trend because it can be good (Spider-Man: No Way Home, perfect example).

So before we send off into the new world, we rehash the old classics and the two more recent films and share our ranking of the Jurassic Park movies from worst to best.
