We have reached the month of May and Survivor fans are only a couple of episodes away from the Survivor season 42 finale.

In another condensed season where the final tribal council sits at 26 days instead of 39, fans have witnessed the castaways battle it out with new twists and turns along the way. This season has highlighted great gameplay, while gracious exits prove that sportsmanship stands tall in Survivor.

The Survivor season 42 finale is still a question mark on who will be sitting in the final tribal council as each episode seems unpredictable. There’s only one more week of seeing the remaining six players compete and then vote off someone until we reach the final episode.

This means we’ll see five players make it to the Survivor season 42 finale, but who will be there and when will it air?

When will the Survivor season 42 finale air?

In a season where the castaways were split into three tribes of 6 players, this season has grabbed hold of amazing gameplay, incredible personalities, and unprecedented tribal council moments intersecting the game. We’ve seen challenge beasts like Lindsay Dolashewich and Jonathan Young compete for first and second place over the past few weeks, but challenges are only a part of Survivor.

Omar Zaheer has played a subtle and strong social game where he might be considered a “puppet master,” so fans might very well see him at the end with a chance to win it all. One of the amazing unknowns that keeps Survivor interesting is the fact we don’t know who will win and things might change next week or by the time we reach the finale. It’s such a great reason to stay tuned for the Survivor season 42 finale!

So, when will we see a champion crowned? The Survivor season 42 finale will air on Wednesday, May 25 at 8 PM EST. Fans will have the opportunity to watch live on CBS or catch it streaming on Paramount+.
