If you’re looking for a new movie for the whole family to enjoy, then new animation film Luck should definitely be added to your watch list! The fantasy comedy makes its debut this week.

The upcoming production has a star-studded cast lending their voices to bring the characters to life! Those include Broadway star Eva Noblezada, Emmy Award winner Whoopi Goldberg, Mission Impossible actor Simon Pegg, film icon Jane Fonda, Once Upon a Time star Colin O’Donoghue, among others.

Good news! If you’d like to watch the new movie at home, then you definitely can! The new film was created in a partnership between Apple TV+ and Skydance Animation.

That means the computer-animation will be be released on the streaming service! The movie will debut globally on Apple TV+ on Friday, Aug. 5. The film will be available to stream that morning starting at 12 a.m. PT/ 3 a.m. ET.

The new project takes us into the Land of Luck, a place where animals and creatures work behind the scenes to create the lucky and unlucky moments that make up our everyday lives. The system works because no human has stepped foot in the land, until the unluckiest person in the world does. Sam Greenfield finds herself in the Land of Luck, and goes on a quest to unite the magical creatures in the hopes of turning her own luck around.
