And his mother, played by Williams, is more than happy to support her son.

The actress has never won an Oscar, but has been nominated a total of five times. Other than The Fabelmans, she’s been recognized in the Best Supporting Actress category in 2006 for Brokeback Mountain, Best Actress for Blue Valentine and My Week with Marilyn, and Best Supporting Actress in 2017 for Manchester by the Sea.
