Alabama is likely to be the favorite to win March Madness this year as the top overall seed. Tennesee has one of the best defenses in the country, so it’s possible they could make a big run, as well. Kentucky is one of the bluebloods of college basketball, and you definitely can’t count them out, although they are a 6-seed this year.
Did Vanderbilt make March Madness?
Overall, there weren’t many SEC teams on the bubble Vanderbilt made a late run, including a win over the Kentucky Wildcats in the SEC tournament, but ultimately, the Commodores did not make it into the March Madness field this year.
