Nathan Fielder and Emma Stone star in The Curse, a comedy-mystery like we’ve never seen before. The Showtime series premieres on Friday, Nov. 10, but will all episodes drop at once or will this be a weekly release? Another question we’d love to know is, just how many episodes are featured in the first season? Here’s everything we know, including the episode schedule so you don’t miss out.

The Curse follows a newly we couple Whitney (Stone) and Asher (Fielder), who have just started to film their new home renovation show Flipanthropy for HGTV. During this time, Whitney and Asher are also struggling to conceive. Needless to say, it’s a stressful time. It doesn’t help that they have been cursed by a young child. Let’s just say, things are going to get weird.

We may not know too much, and the series trailer only makes things more confusing (yet, intriguing), but we know we’re in good hands. Emma Stone is a great actress in just about any genre, while Nathan Fielder is known as the king of cringe comedy. Here’s a quick breakdown of the details before we dive in.

  • Release date: Friday, Nov. 10, 2023
  • Network or streamer: Paramount+ with Showtime and the Showtime network
  • Episode count: 10
  • Synopsis: The Curse follows Asher and Whitney, newly weds who are trying to become parents while juggling co-starring in their new HGTV show.
  • Main cast: Nathan Fielder, Emma Stone, Benny Safdie

Please note: There are no spoilers or speculation in this post. We only share episode titles and release dates so you are in-the-know.

The first season of The Curse is set to feature a total of 10 episodes. New episodes will be dropping weekly, so we’re looking at a weekly release. And long gone are the days when release schedules were simple. Now, with so many streaming platforms, each follows a different release time.

For The Curse, new episodes will premiere Friday nights (beginning Nov. 10) on Showtime On Demand as well as on Paramount+ with Showtime at 12 a.m. PT/2 a.m. CT/3 a.m. ET. Then, the episodes will make their on-air debut on the Showtime network on Sunday nights (beginning Nov. 12) at 8 p.m. PT/10 p.m. CT/11 p.m. ET.
