Jordan hid in plain sight outside the Genoa City Athletic Club on The Young and the Restless. Easily raking with one of the makeup department's best getups in years, Colleen Zenk was again dressed in business casual attire, sporting a realistic beard and donning a poor man's cap. Viewers awaited whatever her next dastardly move proved to be.

Inside the GCAC, using the Neil Winters' Jazz Lounge as the setting for the celebration of their first marriage, Nikki and Victor partied with loved ones, friends, and neutralized foes. In the opening scene, Nick congratulated Victoria on arranging the party on short notice. Kyle and Chance exchanged pleasantries in the lobby while Cole and his rediscovered daughter, Claire, entered.

The Abbotts celebrated Victor and Nikki while dealing with their own angst

A handful of scenes nicely juxtaposed the Newmans' longtime family rivals, the Abbotts. The first began with shots of the Abbott mansion interior as Jack and Diane prepared for the party. Discussions of Ashley's recent turmoil centered on the perception that she finally appears ready to seek professional help.

Later scenes included a toast Jack offered to Victor and Nikki, with viewers knowing she had a flask in her clutch. Also, cutaway shots of Diane throughout the episode showed her distaste for Jack's involvement as Nikki's sponsor.

A two-shot of Nikki and Victor at the Ranch was fitting, with the Moustache not aware that his darling, as he called her, broke temporary sobriety again in recent days. He gifted his three-time bride a ruby ring, with the gemstone representing their forty years of general togetherness.

New memories are made in the Neil Winters' Jazz Lounge

All of the great parties, with telegraphed drama, were held in the Colonnade Room in daytime days gone by. Different settings are now seen in modern times, considering broadcast network soap operas' budgets. And so, the Neil Winters' Jazz Lounge is a thoughtful new setting where current events are held.

Adam's conversation with Nick provided an update about Connor. Nick's acceptance of Sally's love for his younger brother reinforced the brotherly love the Newmans recently achieved.

Before the guests of honor arrived, a plot point was telegraphed as Harrison (now played by Redding Munsell) gave Claire his lucky charm. The golden bunny would soon prove to be a useful plot device. Further awkwardness between Summer and Claire also took place.

Victor and Nikki entered the Lounge and sat in the center of the room as Nick, Victoria, Adam, Summer, Abby, Devon, Michael, and Lauren offered toasts. Jack ended the verbal assembly line, after Victor's comical warning to be careful, with a respectful toast while Diane looked askance at him. The celebrating couple then took center stage and publicly reinforced their love.

Victoria was at Claire's side, while Abby was talking with them. A cutback to the Abbott mansion had Billy discuss his mental break with Traci. At the GCAC, Cole and Victoria agreed that their recent kiss wasn't a surprise. Adam commiserated with his father. He received support for Connor from Victor and Nikki.

Kyle and Diane talked about their Jabot rift working out. Harrison presented Victor and Nikki with an illustration he created. Munsell's character then told Kyle he was sleepy, which set up multiple exits.
Nick assured Victor there was no sign of Jordan. Victor hoped she would have been there so Zenk's character could have been captured.

Victor and Nikki danced in the center of the Lounge, with flashbacks to their first wedding dance in 1984 nicely interspersed into the scene.

After trying to speak with Summer and being rebuffed, Claire found Harrison's bunny. She went up the stairs, attempting to return the item to him. Kyle and Harrison exited the GCAC while Jordan stood to the side and watched them leave. The final scene showed Victor and Nikki dancing, another flashback to their first wedding, and applause from all the remaining guests.

The teaser scenes for next week started with Kyle telling Claire she could stay in the Abbott mansion living room. But that was followed by Kyle's frantic comment to Jack and Diane that he should not have trusted Claire with Harrison. A scene followed that in the Tack House, where Summer said Claire took Harrison.
