Tracker is new on CBS this Sunday, April 14, but the rest of the lineup isn't! Why is that, and what will be airing instead? Find out here!

CBS got a later start than usual for their Sunday night lineup due to the 2023 Hollywood strikes. On the bright side, this meant fans didn't have to put up with the usual delays due to NFL coverage, so the usual lineup could air on time.

It kicked off with Tracker getting a big premiere following the Super Bowl. That helped it become an instant hit with viewers and CBS already ordering a second season for the Justin Hartley drama. It anchors a night that also includes The Equalizer and CSI: Vegas moving to Sundays.

The shows have done well, even if there are a few breaks here and there. They all took off the week of April 7 due to CBS covering the CMT Music Awards, and CSI: Vegas has been on an extended break before that. Due to the strikes, The Equalizer and CSI: Vegas are expected to only have ten episodes each so it makes sense to space out new episodes. So, on April 14, Tracker is back, but why not the other two shows?

What's coming on CBS on Sunday, April 14?

The night kicks off with Tracker as "Camden" has Colter heading to Baltimore to track a dock worker who vanished before his wedding. As usual, Colter will find a deeper crime going on and has to solve it with his unique skill set.

Then, CBS will air the new special Billy Joel: The 100th–Live at Madison Square Garden–The Greatest Arena Run of All Time. The two-hour special follows the six-time Grammy Award-winning legend as he performs his 100th concert at Madison Square Garden. It's also the 100th time Joel has sold out the iconic arena, an amazing achievement.

The special was taped on March 28 and will feature appearances from Sting and Jerry Seinfeld, both big fans of Joel. Expect Joel to play several of his beloved hits like "Piano Man," "New York State of Mind" and more. The special should be a big one for CBS, and with Tracker as a lead-in, it promises to be a wonderful night of music to enjoy on the network.

Billy Joel: The 100th-Live at Madison Square Garden airs Sunday at 9 p.m. ET on CBS, following a new Tracker at 8 p.m. ET.
