The Voice - Season 25

Monday, May 6: The Voice and Deal or No Deal Island

Kicking off a week of new episodes is The Voice, where the top 12 singers will all be performing in hopes of making it into the semi-final round. It's a 2-hour episode that will then be followed by a new episode of the new hit reality series Deal or No Deal Island. Putting a refreshing twist on a classic game show, Deal or No Deal Island has been an unexpected success this season. Monday's episode features the final four players, but NBC teases that a "shocking turn of events" will shake up the game as we know it.

Tuesday, May 7: The Voice, Weakest Link and Password

Tuesday on NBC is back-to-back game shows -- and they're all new too! The increase in game shows during primetime television is the result of the WGA and SAG strikes against the AMPTP in 2023, but as a lover of game shows and nonfiction television myself, I'm not completely complaining about it.

Following Monday's episode of The Voice, Tuesday's all-new episode will have the bottom 4 contestants competing for their lives to stay on the show, while the 8 singers that were voted at the top will be moving on. We don't have too much information about Weakest Link and Password, but NBC has confirmed that both episodes will be all new.

Chicago Med - Season 9

Wednesday, May 8: All things One Chicago!

One Chicago fans will be treated to three back-to-back new episodes this week starting at 8 p.m. Chicago Med is first up with season 9 episode 11, called "I Think There is Something You’re Not Telling Me" and will focus on how learning Sully's diagnosis affects Ripley.

Chicago Fire will then have a Severide-driven episode where he becomes a stowaway on a stolen firetruck. You can watch the teaser trailer for the episode, titled "Inside Man," to learn more.

To round out the trio, Chicago P.D.'s new episode is called "The Water Line" and will follow Atwater who gets new information about a string of armed robberies.

Thursday, May 9: Back-to-back Law & Order series

The new episodes aren't stopping here! All three of the Law & Order shows on Thursday will also have new episodes. Up first at 8 p.m. is Law & Order with an episode titled "No Good Deed" where we follow Shaw and Riley on an investigation into a therapist's death. On Law & Order: SVU, an episode called "Marauder" is about Agent Sykes facing the anniversary of her sister's death, but Benson will have interest in an old cold case. And then finally Law & Order: Organized Crime will air a new episode called "Goodnight," where Stabler and Randall deal with Joe Jr. while other squad members work on the plan to cut off Emery's smuggling.

Friday, May 10: A Password rerun, but an all-new Dateline NBC

To round out the week, we have a rerun of Password at 8 p.m. which will be followed by an all-new episode of Dateline NBC. There has not yet been a synopsis announced for this episode, but Deadline NBC is known for its intriguing true crime investigations and timely documentaries.

Saturday, May 11: SNL brings back a fan-favorite alum

But wait, there's more! Over the weekend, there's an all-new episode of Saturday Night Live airing at 11:30 p.m.. The episode will be hosted by SNL alumna Maya Rudolph and will feature the Vampire Weekend as the musical guest.
