Buckle up, Bold fans, we're going to be thrown back into the middle of Sheila and Steffy's feud. The two enemies have been sticking to their respective corners on The Bold and the Beautiful. But a new character, played by The Talk's Amanda Kloots, is going to inadvertently be the catalyst for the two women to be at it again.

It's set to start innocently enough. Kloots is stepping into the role of Lucy, the mother of Kelly's friend Danny (played by Kloots' son Elvis Cordero). We're always hearing about Kelly's playdates and parties that her parents are chauffering her to and from, but this time we'll be along for the ride. Lucy is set to be picking Kelly up so she and Danny can spend the day together. This will included getting lunch at the only restaurant in town that these characters know, Il Giardino.

Presumably, that's not an establishment that Lucy knows to stay away from when she has Kelly but it does mean that Sheila will have an opportunity to be around her step-granddaughter. The two haven't seen each other since Sheila saved Kelly from drowning when Finn was distracted and didn't she his stepdaughter struggling in the waves.

The incident drove a wedge between Steffy and Finn because his negligence nearly led to Kelly's death and it was Sheila of all people who saved her. Due to this daring rescue, Finn began to sing his biological mother's praises which didn't sit well with Steffy. When Liam told her that her husband had even embraced her nemesis, it was beyond the pale. She packed up the kids and went to stay with her grandfather, Eric, at the Forrester mansion.

This gave Liam the chance to attempt to get Steffy to leave Finn and come back to him. It didn't work. She wound up fleeing the country because she thought Rome would be safer. Her long stay, which was prompted by actress Jacqueline McInnes Wood's maternity leave, impacted her marriage but she and Finn picked up where they left off once she returned home.

Steffy has made it very clear that she wants Sheila to stay away from her family. She sealed that message with a fist. But, now that Deacon's walked his engagement to her back (even though he's still very much in love with her and didn't end their relationship), Sheila may not try as hard to walk the straight line he asked her to. We'll have to see what goes down at Il Giardino but Sheila even being in the vicinity of Kelly is liable to send Steffy flying off the handle, so you know if she speaks to Kelly the gloves will come off.

Spoilers ahead!

According to the spoilers, Steffy and Liam are going to have a one-on-one conversation about Sheila. It's likely to be the same one they've been having. Liam doesn't think Steffy or the kids will ever be safe if she stays in her marriage with Finn. Sheila is his birth mother, and she's not going to stop trying to forge a connection with him. While Steffy feels supported by her husband and believes them to be on the same page about Sheila who is to say that Finn won't change his position?

Steffy has been insistent that her brother, Thomas, has changed. There could come a time, if Sheila continues not to do anything to the family and minds her business, that Finn starts to think she can change, too. That day might not come soon but it may come. Steffy should be prepared for that if it happens. But, for now, we do know that Steffy will be getting into a physical altercation with Sheila over Kelly's visit to Il Giardino.

The two women get into a fight and this time it doesn't seem like Sheila just lets Steffy haul off and knock her one without retaliating. Finn and Deacon have to pull the two apart. Whatever goes down, it leads Deacon to worry about Sheila's state of mind. Honestly, he should be worried. Sheila has been doing her job and living her life, it's everyone else who've been intruding into her space, insulting her, and being antagonistic. There's only so many times someone can be the "bigger person" before they decide to meet you at your level.

I'm looking forward to these next few episodes! Stay tuned to Hidden Remote for more Bold and the Beautiful news and coverage.
