Who is Nell Tiger Free? Everything to know about The First Omen star

The First Omen is now playing in theaters, featuring Nell Tiger Free at the center of all the horror. To most audiences, this is the first time they see the actress. But Free has been giving us nightmares for years. Here's where else you can see the star.

Nell Tiger Free stars as Margaret in The First Omen, a horror movie that serves as a prequel to the 1976 horror classic, The Omen. In the movie, Margaret is a young nun about to begin her life of service to the church. Quickly after moving into a convent in Rome, Margaret begins to feel uneasy. She grows suspicious of the place, but never could she have imagined the true horrors about to unfold.

Since this is a prequel, there's no need to watch the other movies in the franchise. However, I do recommend you watch the original just so you can have some background about the story and are able to catch references in The First Omen. Along with Free, the movie also stars Tawfeek Barhom, Sonia Braga, Ralph Ineson, Bill Nighy, and others.

One of the reasons we were excited to watch The First Omen is Nell Tiger Free. The star is no stranger to the horror genre. And being a Scream Queen is no easy task! But Free does a marvelous job. I hope after this project Free is able to book more roles. I would love to see Free take on another horror picture.

Born on Oct. 13, 1999, the English actress kicked off her acting career when she booked the role of Chloe Crumb in the TV movie Mr. Stink in 2012. Then, in 2015, Free portrayed Myrcella Baratheon, Cersei and Jaime Lannister's only daughter on Game of Thrones. But it wasn't until Free was cast as Leanne Grayson in Servant on the Apple TV+ platform.

In the psychological horror, Free is Leanne Grayson, Dorothy (Lauren Ambrose) and Sean Turner's (Toby Kebbell) creepy nanny. But who is the scary one in this scenario? I mean, sure, Leanne is full of mystery and we never know what she's going to do next. But when she arrives at the Turner's home to introduce herself, she learns that the baby she is going to be looking after is actually a doll. All four seasons of Servant are streaming on Apple TV+.
