#1. The Winchesters find themselves stuck in a horror story

Considering so many of the Winchesters’ cases have been linked to real people and horror, it’s not that surprising that American Horror Story is a dream crossover for many.

The Winchesters could choose to investigate the spirits trapped in Murder House or the hotel from Season 5. It’s then a race against time to protect themselves from the murderous ghosts before they become trapped themselves. The Winchesters would need to find out why reapers haven’t been collecting the spirits and leading them to the afterlife.

American Horror Story: Coven could also bring Crowley back into the mix. Papa Legba could have been a wayward crossroad demon that Crowley needed to get back under control. He calls the Winchesters for help dealing with him.

The universe would also open the opportunity to bring Young John and Young Mary back. Or there could be something in John’s Journal about a case that one of them never did solve that links to Roanoke in some way.
