Always Keep Fighting is a common saying in the SPN Family, started after we learned Jared Padalecki suffers from depression. Jensen Ackles helps his co-star keeping fighting whenever he’s down.

A few years ago, Jared Padalecki admitted that he suffers from depression. It kickstarted the “Always Keep Fighting” campaign. During Seattle Con (#SPNSea), one fan asked whether Jensen Ackles knows when his co-star needs an emotional boost or friendly help. Of course, being the amazing co-star and friend that he is, Ackles shared that he does and it goes deeper than that.

After working together for so long, Ackles knows when Padalecki’s spirits are down. Nobody has to say a word; it’s all based on energy and vibe. And when Padalecki needs a boost, Ackles is there with a joke or some way of taking Padalecki’s mind off the problem.

It’s clearly not a one-way street, though. Ackles went on to share that Padalecki always returns the favor. They have a bond that is important in a show as successful and long-running as Supernatural. If it wasn’t for these two co-stars that are just like brothers off-screen as well as onscreen, the show wouldn’t be as successful as it is.

The relationship the two have isn’t just good for them. Their positive attitudes and offers to help each other keep the morale on set positive. It’s important to have that when the filming days are extremely long, especially in the harsh temperatures of Vancouver, Canada.

While we all know that the two are just like brothers, it’s always heart-warming to see that the support is on set.
