Maci Bookout’s mother mocks her after Teen Mom finale

Maci Bookout hasn’t talked about Ryan Edwards’ problems in detail on Teen Mom OG, even though she may have known more than what she was sharing. Maci recently went to court to get protection against Edwards, as he had threatened both Maci and her husband Taylor McKinney because he wanted more time with Bentley. He supposedly threatened to kill Taylor by shooting him in the head.
Even though Maci Bookout was going through a lot during the Teen Mom OG finale, including telling her mother that she was convinced that Ryan still wasn’t sober, her mother decided to mock her daughter on social media. Perhaps she was trying to take the seriousness out of the episode, as they were both discussing Ryan’s drug use.

Maci’s mother revealed that Bookout’s weakness was exposed on the show, as Maci struggled to help Bentley with his math homework. They were trying to calculate minutes and Maci had to spend a bit more time on the question than her son.

Surely, Maci Bookout knew what Ryan Edwards was dealing with at the time, but chose not to talk about it. She knew that Mackenzie Standifer was pregnant, but during the episode, Ryan suggested that they split up because he couldn’t stand her nagging while she was pregnant. Many fans are surprised that Mackenzie is staying with Ryan, given how he talks to her and disrespects her.
