It will happen on iZombie, Peyton’s secret will come out, and when it does, will Blaine turn her over to Mr. Boss or keep her secret?

A hell of a lot went down in “Chivilary is Dead.” While it may have been one of the best brain personalities Liv has adopted on iZombie, it was also one of the most game-changing episodes of the season so far.

Liv’s new smuggling enterprise is potentially at risk, however, may also be the key to Ravi’s zombie cure. Mr. Boss is back in the picture after smuggling himself into Seattle. Angus and his army of brainless zombies may have set loose a mass serial killer, etc, etc. Like I said, it was a very full episode.

One big concern, that was addressed at the very start of the episode, was what Peyton was going to do now that she learned Liv was Renegade? As expected she did not report Liv. What was unexpected was Peyton joining the cause. A cause which, if caught, gets you executed.

Now Peyton is a bit limited in how she can help since she is not a zombie. So she did the next best thing. Got Liv and the team the cash they needed to run the operation. How? She struck a deal with Mr. Boss’s former accountant. He had money stashed away and Peyton offered him a deal if he told her where the money was. Long story short Peyton got the money and has now given it to Liv.

The inevitable outcome

What is inevitable is Peyton being discovered. Mr. Boss is back in Seattle and he wants his money back. So he tasked Blaine with eating the brain of the accountant. That way he would have a vision of where he stashed the cash. That of course happened and the episode ended with Blaine and Mr. Boss finding the money was already gone because Peyton had been there first.

Eventually, Blaine is going to have another vision of the accountant telling Peyton where the cash is stashed. Begging the question, will Blaine turnover Peyton to Mr. Boss?

It won’t end well for Peyton

If Blaine tells Mr. Boss that Peyton has the cash you can guarantee that it will not end well for her. Mr. Boss has a history of not being a very forgiving guy at the best of times. Considering he has smuggled himself into new Seattle to get the cash things are obviously not the best of times right now.

So it’s a safe bet that Peyton will end up dead if Mr. Boss finds out that she took the money.

Blaine won’t do that, right?

Throughout the entire season, it has been hinted that Blaine still has affections for Peyton. They were together for some time and it looked like Blaine may have been willing to change his ways for her.

So will his feeling for Peyton be enough to protect her? You better hope so because if Blaine is not willing to keep her secret when he learns of it, it is game over for Peyton.

If he does decide to protect Peyton, will he do it out of the goodness of his heart or will do it for his own gain? He could use the knowledge as a bargaining chip. Blaine certainly has his own problems with Angus for example. Using this knowledge to get what he wants is certainly something that Blaine would do.
