Mark Sheppard added to Wales Comic Con lineup
Wales Comic Con attendees will get the chance to see the amazing Mark Sheppard in person.
There is one good thing that has come from Mark Sheppard now long being part of Supernatural. It means he’s no longer tied to only Creation Ents conventions. He’s certainly taken advantage of that this year and is adding another appearance to his list and this time in Wales.
The main actors are contracted to only doing the Creation Supernatural cons and SDCC, so until the show comes to an end you won’t get to see the likes of Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki anywhere else. It’s a bummer for those who can’t afford or refuse to pay the hyped up prices that Creation charges.

The exclusivity is also a problem for those who want to remember their favorite stars in other roles. Sheppard has an extensive resume, with the likes of Firefly, Battlestar Galastica and Doctor Who on it. Those credits could easily be overlooked at a Supernatural con, but certainly won’t be at his upcoming appearance — take it from someone who saw him at C2E2 last month!

Wales Comic Con won’t take place until December 1 and 2 but there’s no time like now to plan. It’s at Glyndwr University, Wrexham and there are already many major names being added. If you’re a Backstreet Boys fan, you’ll get the chance to meet AJ McLean, while Doctor Who fans will have the chance to see Sir Derek Jacobi.

Panel information, autographing, and photo opportunities aren’t available yet. They will likely be listed closer to the time. I will recommend watching out for changes to the panel information, though. I unfortunately missed one of Sheppard’s panels at C2E2 and almost missed out on autographing because of hard-to-find changes to the scheduling.
You’ll be able to get tickets from the official site, but it’s currently down for maintenance.
