Arrow Season 6, Episode 21 sees surprise familiar face
Dead doesn’t mean dead when it comes to Arrow. A familiar face makes a shocking return and it may be just in time to save Oliver Queen from life in prison.
It looks like Oliver Queen is about to lose everything he’s ever worked for. When he’s put on trial, Black Siren could be the final nail in his coffin. That’s what Diaz is hoping will happen anyway. However, a surprise return will throw everything off balance in Arrow Season 6, Episode 21.
The main hero of the show going to jail isn’t something that surprising. The Flash has already tackled this storyline, so is it really that nerve-wracking and tense? Team Arrow seems to think it is, but they don’t know who is about to drop into the courtroom. What is going to be intriguing is how the trial unfolds.

In the promo, just as the judge asks Black Siren who the Green Arrow is, the vigilante drops in. Only, it’s not Oliver Queen. Ollie is sitting in the defendant’s chair at the time. When the Green Arrow pulls back his hood, he reveals himself to be Tommy Merlyn. Obviously, this is a Tommy from another Earth, but the timing seems all too perfect. Did Black Siren have something to do with this? She doesn’t look too certain when Diaz tells her that she’ll be the final nail in Oliver’s coffin.

While it could be everything Oliver needs to escape jail, the question then moves onto Tommy and what this means for him. The world believes that Tommy is dead. Mind you, they also believed that Laurel Lance was dead and she’s returned. Should it really be that surprising that another dead character has come back?
Meanwhile, we’re counting down Paul Blackthorne’s last episodes. Yesterday, he confirmed that he is leaving the series after the Arrow Season 6 finale. Just how will his story end? Let’s hope we get the perfect goodbye for a character who has been part of our lives for six years.
