The Resident Season 1 finale preview: Will the truth finally come out?
It’s The Resident Season 1 finale tonight. Hold onto your stethoscopes, as the truth may just finally come out. Will even Dr. Bell turn against Lane with the evidence against her?
With Nic in jail, she now literally has nothing to lose. However, many others in the hospital do. Some of those are their lives and The Resident Season 1 finale may see the full truth finally be revealed.
When Devon realizes that Lane has been giving chemo to patients who don’t even have cancer, it’s a race against time to prove that she’s the one who killed Lily. Nic continues to fight for her innocence, especially now she’s in jail after a setup. However, it’s clear that Conrad will need to turn to someone he doesn’t want to for help. Is he willing to put his ego aside to get justice for Nic and to make sure all Lane’s patients are safe?

Dr. Bell continues to remain on Lane’s side, but for how long? In the promo, he tells Lane to get rid of the files that she needs to so that he can protect her and the hospital–it’s clearly going to be the hospital and his own career first. Just how will the finale end?
While all this goes on, Micah is rushed back to the hospital with heart complications. Mina and The Raptor will need to partner together to figure out all the complications if they want to save his life.
