Episode 2 – “Two Girls Kissing”

Courtney testifies

Courtney is the next person to take the stand. Even though she is worried about the deposition, she reveals a lot of truth about her and Hannah. She tells them that the school never did anything after the girls received harassment following leaked photo of them kissing. The defense team tried to say that maybe Hannah liked Courtney and used the photo as revenge after being rejected. Courtney tells the court that it was actually the other way around and that she liked Hannah and came out as a lesbian. Hannah was just being a friend to her that night.
