Netflix has released another Original based on high school, looks, obesity, and teen confidence. Sierra Burgess Is a Loser is now available to stream in full.
Insatiable was the show last month and Sierra Burgess Is a Loser is the movie this month on Netflix. It takes a look at the life of an overweight teen, who is bullied by the pretty cheerleader. However, it’s not your typical show and you can catch it all now on Netflix.
Sierra Burgess is overweight, but she’s also extremely smart and enjoys being part of the school band. The trailer shows that she isn’t afraid to stand up to her bullies and make them look stupid. That doesn’t mean she’s brimming with confidence when she starts chatting to a guy.

A guy she has a crush on starts texting her accidentally. The problem is, this guy thinks he’s texting Sierra’s cheerleader bully. Instead of telling the guy the truth, she decides to ask her bully for help, offering to help with studying in return.
The two start hanging out. Eventually, Veronica (the bully) realizes that Sierra isn’t the “loser” she always thought. How will it all turn out in the end with the guy and at school? That’s something you’ll need to watch the movie to find out.
By the way, everything I’ve just written is in the trailer for Sierra Burgess Is a Loser is in the Netflix promo. It feels like we’ve got the whole show, but if Insatiable‘s trailer is anything to judge, we certainly haven’t!
