It’s finally here! The Walking Dead Season 8 is finally on Netflix and you have time to watch it all before Season 9 premieres on AMC.
The Walking Dead Season 8 is now officially on Netflix. Dropping two weeks before the premiere of Season 9, you’ve got plenty of time to get through all 16 episodes. Catch up with Rick, Negan, Maggie, and the others to find out what’s happened.
Season 8 premiered back in October 2017, with the milestone 100th episode. And what an episode it was! Directed by the EP Greg Nicotero, the episode saw Rick, Maggie, and Ezekiel work together to rally each of their communities in an effort to take down Negan. Of course, Gregory pushes for the Hilltop residents to opt for Negan’s side, but who would they end up following?

The season was full of twists and turns. One of those was Lennie James, who plays Morgan on the show, leaving the main cast to join spin-off Fear the Walking Dead. The season also saw the departure of another loved character, diverting the series away from the graphic novels once more. For those who have been waiting for the drop on Netflix, I won’t say any more about that.

The Walking Dead Season 8 saw Katelyn Nacon, Steven Off, Pollyanna McIntosh, and Khary Payton promoted to series regulars. Meanwhile, Steven Yeun, Austin Nichols, Sonequa Martin-Green, and Michael Cudlitz weren’t in the series.
