E! News recently interviewed Fuller House star Candace Cameron Bure, and she was quick to dismiss cancellation rumors.

Holy chalupas! According to Candace Cameron Bure, it appears the rumors going around about Netflix seriously canceling Fuller House are false. Earlier this week, after there were talks about Fuller House facing cancellation, E! News interviewed Candace regarding the rumor, and she’s put all talk to rest!

We first learned Fuller House facing cancellation from TV Line. A Netflix spokesperson told TV Line on October 16, “No decision has been made about the future of Fuller House; we’re looking forward to the premiere of Season 4 later this year.”.

"Candace said the following to E! News addressing the rumors: “I don’t know why or how that rumor got started,” Cameron Bure told us, noting they’ve never known about renewals until after the season premiered. “I think it was a slow news day and someone wanted to make more of it than it is,” she said."

For her to come out like this and say that is a big deal. What’s even greater regarding this news? Back in September 2017, she told E! News that her goal is for Fuller House to be the next Golden Girls, with Lori Loughlin to appear in a bunch of episodes. What does mean? It means there is potential for quite a few more seasons.

"“My goal, honestly, is that we’re going to be the next Golden Girls. That’s what we want. The three of us, add Lori Loughlin in a bunch, it’ll be four of us in the house—the next generation of The Golden Girls,”"

Candace’s response should calm down everyone’s nerves. Let’s not forget Forbes reported that Nielsen estimates the premiere of Season 3 drew about 4.6 million U.S., and Netflix said Fuller House is the second-most “binge raced” show on Netflix.
