Last week, we caught up with Steve Harvey to chat about the latest season of Steve, dealing with rumors, and his dream guests.

Steve Harvey’s talk show Steve is currently airing all-new episodes on NBC. Harvey’s charisma, fun relationship with his audience, and amusing guests he brings on the show provide viewers with an hour of laughs.

We recently chatted with Steve Harvey and discussed his new awesome beard, those false divorce rumors, and who he would love to bring on his show.

Dealing with rumors, especially those that can’t be farther than the truth, are part of the package of being a celebrity. Still, in our interview, Harvey reminds us that, no matter who you are or what you do, we are all human. Bottom line: Rumors can hurt. Gossip sites don’t take into consideration that Harvey’s family may be affected by the things they write.

Yet, Harvey is never shy about giving gossip his two cents. When we asked Harvey why he freely addresses rumors on his show and chats about them with his audience (because he really doesn’t need to as he doesn’t owe anyone an explanation about his private life), he was quick to reply that he doesn’t keep quiet because he rather stand up to the haters.

"“I’m sick of it. They act like I don’t have a family. They act like my kids can’t read… They just go out to destroy people with no facts behind it,” he tells us."

While some rumors may hurt his family, the gossip is simply false and he chooses to respond to them with comedy. The latest nasty gossip is about Harvey divorcing his wife, Marjorie, for Kris Jenner. The pay out for the divorce? An insane $400 million. To which Harvey tells his audience, “I don’t have $400 million!”

"“My wife came to me and said, ‘Do we have $400 million?’ I tell her, ‘Nah. Not yet. Maybe someday!” he laughs."

Steve Harvey is not kidding about being transparent with his fans. When asked about the new look he’s sporting, Harvey chuckles.

"“I got tired of dying my mustache! What happened every year was I was getting a little grayer there. Last year, I thought about it, but wasn’t quite there. I had only 10 gray strands. It just looked like threads hanging off my mustache.”"

So far this season, Tim Allen, the cast from Young Sheldon, Drew and Jonathan Scott from  Property Brothers, and Snoop Dog have appeared. If you haven’t been watching, you’re really missing out. And there are many more fun guests to come!

In November alone, expect to see Boris Kodjoe and comedian Kevin Hart. And as we all know, it’s never a dull moment when Hart takes the stage.

As for guests Harvey wishes would join him on his talk show, Harvey didn’t have to think about his answer twice:

"“President Obama. Obama and Michelle Obama would be a dream!”"
