Will Castiel be part of the Supernatural 300th episode?
The Supernatural 300th episode will be here before you know it. One of the big questions is who will be a part of it. We know the Winchester brothers will be there, but what about Castiel?
It’s Episode 300 of Supernatural in a couple of months. We’re halfway there right now in terms of episodes and there are so many questions for the milestone. One of the big questions is whether Castiel will be part of the episode.
The Winchesters are a no brainer. This show started because of two brothers on a hunting trip and both Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki have been in every single episode — the only characters to have that privilege. But what about Misha Collins? Will he be a part of the milestone episode?

It’s understandable why fans are asking. Castiel wasn’t part of the 200th episode, “Fan Fiction,” although his character was sort of included. However, he was part of the 100th episode back in the fifth season.
The good news for the Castiel fans is that he will definitely be part of the Supernatural 300th episode. Collins confirmed with TVLine that he’s going to be there but there’s a hint that we may not get the angel we’re used to.
"There’s a little bit of time travel that comes into play in the 300th episode, and we’ll see a different version of Cas.— Misha Collins"
Time travel is playing a part in a way. What exactly will this time travel be all about? Is this going to bring a “what if” style episode? We’ve seen these types of episodes before, whether it’s been from a djinn bringing out a wish inside Dean’s mind or an angel putting Sam and Dean in an alternate world.
Supernatural‘s 300th episode was hinted to be a look from the outside. Andrew Dabb had previously shared that it would be a look at what the town of Lebanon sees the Winchesters have. So how does time travel fit into this?
There are so many questions and so few answers right now. At least we know that Castiel will be part of the episode.
