Great news, fans of The Fosters! Freeform released stills and an official trailer for the series premiere of Good Trouble!

Sweet! We didn’t just get to see stills from the premiere of Good Trouble and find out the episode title for the series premiere, but we also got our first look at Stef and Lena in the official trailer. That was one of a few best moments in the trailer. Freeform also released more images, along with the synopsis.

What were the other best moments in the trailer? Mariana was telling Lena not to go to the bathroom in the Chamberpot. The same humor is back, which was another best moment. And it appears there will be parties going on. With parties, there is the inevitable, drinking, which is also featured in the trailer.

We meet some new characters in Good Trouble as you see from the stills. Some of the new faces include Malika (Zuri Adele),  Alice (Sherry Cola) and Gael (Tommy Martinez). I’m sure Tommy Martinez, who plays Gael will be eye-candy for the ladies. And I’m also sure the ladies will be pleased once they hear Tommy is part of the main cast members of the new show.

It’s wonderful to see that the production team is bringing in the diversity from The Fosters to Good Trouble. Not just that, but tackling ground breaking issues such as LGBT storylines, drugs, abortion, feminism, and much more.

More from Teen Dramas

"After moving to The Coterie in Downtown Los Angeles, Callie and Mariana realize that living on their own is not all that it’s cracked up to be. Faced with new neighbors, new challenges and, of course, new romances, the sisters must depend on one another to navigate the City of Angels."

I am thrilled to see Stef and Lena back as they were the foundation of The Fosters. Without either of them, I’m not sure how Good Trouble will go, as we were used to the parents, but I’m sure it will be just like The Fosters as the same creators are returning.

Stef and Lena were very strong women, always there for their kids as all moms are. They taught you to be yourself and not to let people make you think otherwise.

In the trailer, they visit Callie and Mariana, but I wonder if this was before or after the girls called them as they appeared to be struggling.

Check out the awesome stills below from the Pilot episode “DTLA” and let us know what you think of them.

There’s quite a bit going on in the trailer. Callie and Mariana are already struggling and having money issues. Callie already wants to call it quits and move back home in San Diego. It’s hilarious that both Callie and Mariana call Stef and Lana. I can tell Good Trouble will be just as good as The Fosters.

So far, Freeform has ordered 13 episodes. Let’s hope the network orders additional episodes once the show airs. Of course, the show has to do well to receive additional episodes.
