Bob’s Burgers: Assessing the show’s 2018 New Year’s Resolutions
5. The show gets a new Funko! Pop line
As mentioned in my first slide, merchandise was one of the things featured on my list of resolutions. For my first resolution, I hoped that Funko would release a new line of Bob’s Burgers Pops. Sadly, they didn’t end up doing that despite rolling out lots of other products.

Even though the series didn’t get their own, there were a few Bob’s Burgers-related Funko items that dropped. During Comic-Con, Funko produced an exclusive Pop! Ride of Tina riding a unicorn while she was drunk on expresso. Even though it wasn’t exactly what I’d hoped for, it was a cool start.
Funko didn’t stop there as they’ve also released an exclusive Louise pop in collaboration with BoxLunch. Last year, they created an exclusive Tina pop and this year, they went with Louise. Thankfully, they kept the same condition as last year: “For every exclusive Louise Funko Pop! purchased, 10 meals* will be donated to Feeding America.”
Not only can you support your favorite show but you can help others. It’s what the Belchers would want you to do. Even though this resolution didn’t come true, we’re getting there. Fingers crossed we get more Bob’s Burgers Funko! Pop figures in 2019. Right now, I’m 0-1 with my resolutions.
