There’s something about Dean in the Supernatural Season 14, Episode 11 sneak peek
The CW has released a sneak peek for Supernatural Season 14, Episode 11. I can’t help but think there’s something else on Dean’s mind throughout.
Supernatural Season 14, Episode 11 will see Dean head off to see Mary, while Sam pours through the books to save his brother. The sneak peek shows the start of this episode, and it’s clear that Sam is a little put out that Dean is heading out on his own. However, is he sensing the same thing that I am?
Dean wants to see Mary by himself. He wants some alone time with Baby on the road and then to see his mom, and we know there’s an awkward hug between brothers coming up. It’s clear that something is going on.
I’ll let you watch the sneak peek before I delve into this further. You’ll want to get a sense of the tone of voice and nerves that will likely give you the same sense that Dean is planning something.

In a way, this whole scene feels like a goodbye tour for Dean. The last we saw of him, he’d received the only book with a good outcome — one that didn’t see Michael burn the world to the ground. And while it’s a good outcome from the world, it’s clear that it isn’t going to be a good outcome for the Winchesters.

What are the chances that it involves Dean’s death? What’s the likelihood that Dean knows he’s going to have to lock himself somewhere permanently and never see his family again or that he’s living out his final days?
It makes sense that he’d had this awkward conversation and there’d be the odd hug. Wanting to spend time with his mom alone is definitely understandable.
The promo does show us Dean making something. This could be in connection to this feeling like he’s doing a goodbye tour.
