Is Rowena being killed off on Supernatural?

Following Supernatural 300, a new episode promo was released showing something terrible happen to Rowena. Is Rowena being killed off in Supernatural?
Supernatural 300 played with the emotions last night. The entire Winchester family was back together but like all good things, it couldn’t last.
Tears where shed, at least mine were anyway, and as quickly as it arrived, the Winchester family reunion was over. Following the episode, the series released a promo for their next episode and eagle-eyed fans are now asking the same thing: is Rowena being killed off in Supernatural?

Yes, that’s right. It looks as though our favorite “Evil Skank” could be getting killed off. At least that’s the impression I got anyway. Surely they wouldn’t do such a thing?

We will be doing a trailer breakdown later today but sticking to the main point here, is Supernatural killing off Rowena? I’m not going to lie; it certainly looks like based on the trailer.
We can clearly see Rowena and Jack going head to head with each other and Jack does “something” to make Rowena collapse as if she was just killed by an angel. Dean’s reaction doesn’t help matters either.

If Rowena is being killed off, the series is keeping it fairly quiet. As far as we can tell, there have been no announcements about Ruth Connell exiting the show, from neither The CW, the show, or Ruth Connell herself.
Of course, just because it’s not announced in advance doesn’t mean it won’t happen. We could potentially be in for a major shock. We’ll find out for certain when the series returns on March 7, 2019.
