McGee reluctantly goes back to high school on NCIS Season 16, Episode 14. What can we expect? Here’s what you need to know, including how to watch live.

Titled “Once Upon a Tim,” the episode doesn’t involve a high school reunion as far as I can tell. It’s all about someone hacking with McGee’s high school password and that means he needs to head to high school to figure out why.

But why would hacking with one password mean a trip back to high school? This is McGee. Of course, even as a teenager, he created some unique password that only he would know. Now the password has been linked to the murder of a Department of Defense contractor, McGee is the only one who could figure out why.

Still not enough? Well, this is the annual McGee episode, as he also suffers a break-in. Someone wants his old high school laptop. Again, it’s McGee; of course, he has his old high school computer still. Oh, and that computer is attempting to take down the DoD. No big deal, right?

What’s the betting that the computer is so old and the software so McGee that it’s going to be near-impossible for the DoD to track that the computer is hacking? There’s got to be a reason why this particular computer is needed, after all.

After an episode mostly about Bishop and Ziva last week, it’s going to be good to get the annual episode about McGee. Hopefully, this means more of Delilah and at least mentions of the twins.
