Lori Loughlin has been reportedly fired from Fuller House
By Sandy C.
After the college admissions scandal broke, fans of actress Lori Loughlin wondered how this would affect her work, particularly her role in Netflix’s Fuller House. We now have the answer.
Funny memes (you’re in big trouble, mister!) aside, the college admissions scandal is a huge deal, and very serious. But while it’s great that this is finally out in the open, something should be done and changes need to be set in place to give deserving students a fair chance to get into the same schools. In the meantime, we ask what will happen to the biggest name involved in this situation, Lori Loughlin.
The actress had a main role as Rebecca Donaldson, wife of Jesse Katsopolis (John Stamos) in the classic and beloved sitcom Full House. Loughlin returned as a guest star in several episodes for Netflix’s revival series Fuller House as Aunt Becky. Fans of the show and actress immediately wondered if Netflix would take any action in the future of Loughlin on the show.

According to TMZ, Loughlin will not be returning to Fuller House when Season 5 premieres on Netflix. The source reports “Fuller House is not currently in production. Lori is a guest star and was during the previous 4 seasons and there are currently no plans for her to return to the 5th season.”
Is this news shocking to anyone, really? Netflix isn’t the only company no longer wanting anything to do with the actress, Hallmark is also done with Loughlin.
Earlier this week, Hallmark addressed the upcoming episodes of When Calls the Heart, which stars Loughlin, stating, “The series will not air on Sunday, March 17. We are evaluating all creative options related to When Calls the Heart series.”
