The weekend has arrived, what will you be watching on Netflix? The Dirt is streaming now.

In a time of musical biopics comes Netflix’s The Dirt, which follows the band of the same name. Their stories and adventures are based on the 2001 book about them. While the band didn’t change the world of music or impact fans as heavily as Queen or Elton John, these guys were only out to have a good time and look great while doing it without a care in the world.

The Dirt follows the band’s crazy world of drugs and sex as they struggle to create music they love. Though there’s nothing award-worthy about the film, audiences, particularly fans of the band, are guaranteed to have a great time, just as the band once did.

More from Netflix

"“Based on the bestselling autobiography from Mötley Crüe, the film is an unflinching tale of success and excess as four misfits rise from the streets of Hollywood to the heights of international fame.”"

Where can you watch? The Dirt is streaming now on Netflix. If you are not currently subscribed to the streaming giant, now would be a great time to do so. Not just so you can be able to watch the musical biopic, but enjoy many current Netflix titles, as well.

Some of the movies and TV shows you are missing out on by not subscribing to Netflix includes Turn Up Charlie starring Idris Elba. The OA part two is also now streaming after two years in between the first season. Finally, for laughs there is Amy Schumer’s Growing standup special you should check out.
