5 best brains from iZombie Season 5

iZombie Season 5 had some excellent cases of the week. Here’s a look at the five best brains from iZombie’s final season involving both Liv and Ravi.

You have to give the iZombie cast a lot of credit, especially those who played zombies. They had to take on numerous personalities. Rose McIver certainly took on the most, proving her acting abilities week after week. This season also saw Rahul Kohli take on his fair share.

It’s time to look back at the best brains from the final season of the series. Here are my top five brains from all 13 episodes (and it definitely wasn’t easy).

Before going into this, I’m sticking to the brains that Liv and Ravi ate during the season. As much as I think Robert Buckley did an amazing job on Alzheimer’s Brain, that moment was actually heartbreaking to watch and I just couldn’t include it on this list but it is worthy of a mention for Buckley.

I’ll also be upfront (because I know some of you loved it and expect it to be on this list) that I wasn’t a fan of the P.I. Brain. Noir has never been my thing and I just didn’t like the episode because of that. That doesn’t mean it wasn’t great, but it wasn’t one of my favorites.

Here are my five favorite brains from iZombie Season 5.

5. Salsa Dancer Brain

I’ll admit that the thing that made me love this episode so much was seeing Malcolm Goodwin show off his salsa dancing moves. However, seeing Liv transform into a salsa dancer while on this brain was impressive.

She didn’t just eat one salsa dancer’s brain, but both of them. There were two victims after all. And she was able to show off the two personalities perfectly. Plus, who didn’t love watching her push Ravi to the max to be the greatest salsa dancer ever.

I would have loved to see Ravi end up eating one of the brains in the end. Could you imagine both of them on the same brain?
