Hot Tub Time Machine

In this comedy, four down-on-their-luck guys meet up at a mountain resort in hopes of turning that frown upside down. This includes buddies Adam Yates (John Cusack), Nick Webber-Agnew (Craig Robinson), Lou Dorchen (Rob Corddry), and Adam’s nephew Jacob Yates.

More from Movies

After a rowdy, booze filled night in a hot tub, the hungover guys wake up to find themselves back in time somehow, specifically in the ‘80s. Not only that, but Lou, Nick, and Adam look the same way they did in the ‘80s, while a technically unborn Jacob still looks the same.

Still a bit dazed and out-of-place due to the era, the men realize they must relive their lives from 30 years ago, no matter how painful some of the memories were. Whatever events occur will create a domino effect that may alter their future (AKA their present day).

As the men head out and try to remember what went on in their lives in the ‘80s, they must truly decide whether to follow exactly what happened—or make decisions that might make their future (their present lives) better. They must also figure out how to return to present day, if it’s possible.

A sequel to the film released in 2015.

She’s Out of My League

Kirk Kettner (Jay Baruchel) is an average joe, he works security at the airport, and hasn’t had much luck in anything. When he stumbles across the phone of a stunningly gorgeous woman named Molly (Alice Eve) during his job, he ends up meeting with her at a museum to return it.

The two end up going out and begin a relationship, to the shock of Kirk’s friends, Molly’s friend, Kirk’s parents, and Kirk’s ex-girlfriend. An unexpected romance between two people who are completely different may just turn into something real and special. The only problem is can Kirk’s confidence stay put?

Watch as this previously hopeless main protagonist tries to make his relationship work with someone who’s way out of his league!

This film also stars Krysten Ritter, Debra Jo Rupp, T.J. Miller, Lindsay Sloane, and Nate Torrence.
