Let’s look at the tensions first. Judd thinks that Owen is treating T.K. differently to the rest of the crew. That’s understandable considering T.K. is Owen’s son, but it doesn’t justify any preferential treatments. The question is what that preferential treatment is.

Will Owen give T.K. tasks that he’s not ready for or that others want? Will he keep T.K. safer than the rest of the crew because of who he is?

Is there even any preferential treatment or is this something Judd views is happening. It’s a little hard to tell right now, but it could be that Judd’s own PTSD is getting in the way of seeing things clearly. He made some huge steps during the last episode, so this episode should focus on more.

But it’s not all about the men. Marjan is looking for a new mosque to attend. She thinks she’s found one until another video of a save goes viral. This is a woman who is willing to put others before herself, but it could draw unnecessary attention to places that she frequents. And she could be doing things that the men in the mosque view as wrong, leading to them ostracizing her.

Meanwhile, Michelle continues her search for her sister. With the new knowledge of the blue truck, she wants to start a new search. The problem is that it’s not much to go on. Carlos won’t help, but Owen will.
