Bob’s Burgers: 3 reasons why Josh is a better fit for Tina
Reason #3: Josh cares about Tina’s personality rather than her looks
Starting off the list is the episode in which we met Josh. While a majority of the episode focuses on Linda getting a part-time job to help with expenses, some of the episodes is dedicated to a romance Tina has. While stocking the dairy cooler at Fresh Feed, Tina starts talking to a guy who is at the dairy case. The two quickly strike up a friendship aside from lying about their ages and it’s incredibly sweet.

Things get a little rocky when Josh disappears for a few weeks until he comes back after Linda quits. He and Tina are able to meet face-to-face and find out they have a connection beyond the cooler.
The episode ends with the two of them kissing and Tina giving Josh her number. As odd as the moment might be, this is Tina we’re talking about so it’s not that weird. If anything, it’s a little bit sweet.
Despite them only meeting twice, it was clear there was a connection there and Josh was quick to act on it. He and Tina were both interested so why not? As for Jimmy Junior, he lets Tina dangle there and never makes a move unless he has to.
For Josh, he likes everything about Tina and isn’t afraid to show it. Their meeting and kiss might have been unorthodox but it showed how much they truly liked each other. Either way, Josh proved he liked Tina for her and not what he wanted her to be.
