Katie Price responds to pregnancy rumors after posting about taking folic acid

Hold up–Is Katie Price pregnant with her sixth child? The reality star certainly made fans believe that was the case when taking to Instagram recently. The 42-year-old sparked rumors when she used her social media to promote folic acid pregnancy supplements.

This past weekend, Katie’s post in question was shared to her Instagram Story. It featured a bottle of folic acid, with the word “Pregnant” right at the top. In text, she wrote over the post, “Yep it’s that time, get ready @carljwoods I love you boo.”

According to Daily Star, after posting about taking the supplements, Katie Price is now explaining why exactly she did so. While she currently is not expecting a child, she is trying to get pregnant. According to the publication, the model revealed she’s tracking her ovulation and has been actively trying with boyfriend Carl Woods since the holidays.

Katie Price spoke to The Sun, where she disclosed all the details:

"I’m not pregnant yet so I’ve started taking these supplements – they were recommended by a friend. I’ve never had to take anything to try and get pregnant before but I’m obviously older now so I need a bit of help – I’m desperate for another baby."

This is hardly the first time Katie has spoken out about wanting another child. As of right now, she is the mom to five kids: 18-year-old Harvey Price, 15-year-old Junior Savva Andreas Andre, 13-year-old Princess Tiaamii Crystal Esther Andre, seven-year-old Jett Riviera Hayler, and six-year-old Bunny Hayler.

Despite the full hands she might already have, she’s made it known that she’s not done having children. And while she might have good intentions, many people might take issue with this, considering she’s recently been slammed for alleged animal abuse.

Last month, sources shared that Katie Price felt “devastated” over a petition which called for her to no longer be able to buy new pets. The petition has over 6,000 signatures, and accuses her of mistreating her dogs.

Katie is frequently embroiled in controversy in one way or another, but she has seemingly been a good mom to her kids. Only time will tell if she does become pregnant again.
