Ted Lasso and the best shows that made the Fandoms of the Year 2021

FanSided’s Fandoms of the Year 2021 is out and features some of Hidden Remote’s favorite shows, including Ted Lasso. Did your favorite series make the cut?

This year, FanSided handled the Fandoms of the Year a little differently. Let’s face it, it has been a tough year for all of us. Instead of placing the Fandoms in rankings, we are simply featuring 100 of the best Fandoms! They all get some love.

Even though there aren’t rankings for all 100 Fandoms, a total of 10 fandoms were chosen for superlative recognition by FanSided’s editorial team! And the Fandom of the Year goes to….Ted Lasso! A round of applause for the happiest show on Earth.

From this list, how many have you seen? I’m guilty of not watching Only Murders in the Building and Succession. I know, I know, I’m missing out! I need to catch up on Succession ASAP, and I haven’t had time to watch Only Murders, but I do plan on binge-watching all of the episodes before the next season arrives.

Ted Lasso, however, is near and dear to my heart! It has made me laugh, cry, and everything in between! And The White Lotus is my personal surprise hit of the year! Don’t get me wrong, after checking out the cast involved in the project, I knew this would be an amazing show, but it exceeded my expectations! If you haven’t watched The White Lotus, you need to. Need a seriously LOL series? Say no more and watch What We Do in the Shadows. 

Finally, I can’t say enough nice things about WandaVision. The Marvel series is a gut-punch of emotions and truly brilliant must-see TV.
