Space Force season 2 and 9 new Netflix shows and movies to watch this week (February 14)

Happy Valentine’s Day to all of you! I hope you have a wonderful day and I agree it should be a national holiday. Like we do each and every week, below, we share all the new Netflix shows and movies debuting beginning the week of Feb. 14, 2022.

The streaming giant has been hit and miss to start the year, but this week has a loaded slate of content. What makes Netflix the best streaming platform is that it has something for everyone, typically dropping every week.

We have seen a bit of a rebirth over the last year (maybe two, if you count Halloween) of the slasher/horror movies that we all grew up on. First, we saw Child’s Play and I Know What You Did Last Summer both come back in the form of a series. Then, we recently saw the return of Scream and now we enter a brand new phase with Netflix’s Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I haven’t loved the plethora of versions of the film over the years, but I am excited to see what’s in store for this version.

Kanye West fans can rejoice with the documentary’s first episode about his life coming out. Do we have any Space Force fans? I know I thought the first season was solid and while I don’t think it needed a season two, I will be tuning in for it. Lastly, for the kiddos, we have The Cuphead Show! making its debut.
