5 new Netflix movies and shows to watch this week (February 20)

The weekend is over, and we have headed into the dreadful Monday. Good news, we are a day closer to Christmas. Like we do each and every week, we’re sharing all the new Netflix movies and shows debuting beginning the week of Feb. 20, 2022.

While it’s not a new show this week, a reminder that part two of the Perfect Match drops on February 21 with four new episodes. It’s getting intense, wild and crazy with the amount of backstabbing in this series. So for this week, we have a return of a popular series and a brand new movie with ghosts dropping.

• Outerbanks Season 3, Feb. 23
• Formula 1: Drive to Survive Season 5, Feb. 24
• We Have a Ghost,  Feb. 24

My goodness, our favorite teenage-ish drama that reminds me of a more amped-up O.C. is set to return this week for a third season. Outer Banks season 3 will surely be wild as Pogues wash up ashore, which is seemingly great until it isn’t. But then, our rowdy bunch of kids finds themselves battling over the treasure once again. I need a refresher before season 3, but I am amped up.

David Harbour, Anthony Mackie, and Jennifer Coolidge all in the same movie together? Say less. While the concept seems a bit weird, and I didn’t love the trailer, I do love a cheesy little comedy ghost movie. Also, the writer/director Christopher Landon wrote some other great movies like Freaky, Happy Death Day 2u, and the Paranormal Activity franchise, so there is high hopes.
