Bold and the Beautiful preview (Apr. 15-19): Lauren Fenmore pays Deacon a visit, RJ learns the truth, and more!

It looks like a mystery is about to start unfolding on The Bold and the Beautiful. On Friday, Apr. 12's episode, Deacon learned that Sheila had been contacted by Sugar. We know her friend turned enemy vowed revenge on her, but Deacon has no idea who she is.

Not only will he need to learn about her history with Sheila, it's also liable to set into motion a search for his lady love. First, however, he'll be contending with those who know him believing that he's losing his grasp on reality. Check out the spoilers for the week!

Bold and the Beautiful spoilers (Apr. 15-19)

• Monday, Apr. 15: Like her father, Steffy wants Deacon to face facts and accept reality, Sheila is gone. RJ finally learns what happened between Luna and Zende the night of Eric and Donna's wedding.
• Tuesday, Apr. 16: Hope admits to Liam why she said no to Thomas' proposal. RJ confronts Zende.
• Wednesday, Apr. 17: Co-parents Liam and Hope agree that Beth should spend more time with Deacon. Seeing her daughter is heartbroken, Poppy tries to comfort Luna.
• Thursday, Apr. 18: Deacon pursues a lead. Finn voices his concern about Deacon to Steffy.
• Friday, Apr. 19: Lauren Fenmore fills Deacon in on Sheila's past. The state of Deacon's mental health worries Finn, Liam, Hope, and Steffy.

Deacon tries to get to the bottom of what happened to Sheila

Everyone else may think Deacon's off his rocker, but he's not letting it deter him from finding out more regarding Sheila. He loves her, if she's alive and needs him to help her that's exactly what he's going to do. So no matter how much Steffy and everyone else wants him to "snap back to reality" that's not happening because the reality is Sheila's not gone. He's likely to get more confirmation of this fact when Lauren Fenmore stops by Il Giardino.

The Bold and the Beautiful characters may be unfamiliar with a particular piece of Sheila and Sugar's history, but Lauren isn't. It's deeply personal to her as she's aware Sugar got plastic surgery to look just like the infamous woman. Sugar is the one who stabbed her son and launched a plot against Sheila on The Young and the Restless, but she was found out. Learning that there's always been a Sheila lookalike walking around is going to be a head trip for Deacon, but it's also one piece of the growing puzzle he's going to have to solve to find Sheila.

RJ finally learns the truth about Luna and Zende's night together

Finally the soap has stopped treading water with this storyline. Luna began to tell RJ on Apr. 12's episode about the night she slept with his cousin, Zende, while under the influence of her mom's special mints. Expect anger and a bit of violence when RJ goes to confront Zende back at Forrester Creations. RJ lands a punch we all knew was coming but it's unclear how things will shake out with him and Luna.

Yes, Poppy is set to comfort her daughter who is described as "heartbroken" but that could be due to having hurt RJ and him needing time not because he's broken up with her. It is a lot to process after all. He'll need to do some thinking once his temper cools. The thing is though no matter what his decision is going to be, it's going to be tense and awkward at work.

All three of them are working on the Hope for the Future line together and his sister just asked Zende and Luna to work with one another so the intern can get the mentorship and expertise she needs to continue to flourish at the company. The drama from this storyline could turn out to be good if it doesn't coast now that it's getting somewhere. Zende did start telling Carter what happened that night as well so he'll likely have someone to talk to about this, which leaves me to wonder who exactly is RJ going to open up to about this messed up situation.
