Steffy walks in on Finn and Hope on Bold and the Beautiful

Steffy spent the entirety of Monday, June 10's episode of The Bold and the Beautiful venting to Liam about Finn and Hope's sudden connection. She's not happy about the amount of time her former rival is spending with her husband, which is understandable. The two women have rarely seen eye-to-eye and their latest dust up had Finn coming to Hope's defense over a business decision that didn't involve him. But Steffy's concerned that Hope is trying to get in the middle of her marriage.

Hope had vowed revenge after Thomas took their son Douglas with him to Paris and broke up with her. She blamed Steffy for the split, citing that had she not been in her brother's ear, poisoning their relationship, he never would have ended their romance. To be fair, Thomas actually decided to walk away from Hope because she couldn't give him an answer on whether they had a future together but nonetheless Hope's convinced it's Steffy's fault.

Currently, the perfect way to drive a wedge between Sinn is Sheila Carter, Finn's birth mother who Steffy doesn't want anywhere in their lives. Hope's begun to sing a new tune about Sheila ever since the infamous woman was found alive, having been the victim of a revenge plot. Because she's already lost so much, Hope decided to stop holding her father's romance with Sheila against him. She's giving her a chance, and she's been talking to Finn about him deciding whether he wants to speak to his mother, not Steffy.

There's been nothing about Hope's behavior that suggests she's plotting against Steffy, however, unbeknownst to her former rival, she has begun to fantasize about Finn. In her imagination, Hope shared a passionate kiss with him in the CEO office, when she came to from her daydream, she was noticeably flustered and trying to play it off. Finn tried to get her to open up to him, but she hedged about what was really wrong.

In the process, she wound up saying that meeting him made her realize that there are men who can be the whole package. Weirdly, she made it seem as if she wasn't aware of Finn's qualities before her romance with Thomas. She's known Steffy's husband for four years so that made little sense, and the issue with Thomas wasn't that he's not a good man (he is!) but that they have a lot of baggage from the past. Anyway, I digress, Hope took Finn's hand to thank him for all that he's done for her and in walked Steffy.

Finn didn't look caught out as he harbors nothing but platonic feelings for Hope, but she looked like she had been caught doing something that she shouldn't have. The scene before her had Steffy asking her directly what it was that she'd just walked in on. Nothing was happening but given Hope's straying thoughts, things are going to be heating up and that old rivalry between her and Steffy could be rekindling in an unexpected way.
