Haven’t you heard? From starring in This Is Us and 47 Meters Down to getting engaged and becoming the face of Garnier, this is the official Year of Mandy Moore.

Mandy Moore has been a consistent fixture in pop culture since 1999 when she burst onto the scene with her hit single “Candy.” Throughout the years, Moore made a name for herself as a teen pop singer, a box office talent, and a respected singer-songwriter. But following her 2009 album Amanda Leigh and her starring turn in 2010’s Tangled, Moore took a conscious step back from the spotlight. All of that changed when This Is Us premiered on NBC last fall.

In case you hadn’t heard, Mandy Moore has returned to her rightful place in the epicenter of pop culture. As a result of her starring role on This Is Us, Moore earned a Golden Globe nomination and became among the highest-paid television stars. On top of her television success, Moore has (finally!) returned to music, made a splash on the big screen, and found an enviable love. Everything’s coming up Mandy Moore, and we couldn’t be happier for our girl. For these four reasons, 2017 will from here on out be heralded and remembered as the official Year of Mandy Moore!

1. She’s the new face of Garnier.

So long, early-2000s Neutrogena endorsement deal! Mandy Moore has upgraded to showing off her hair in Garnier’s latest ad campaign. Taking over for the likes of Tina Fey and Sarah Jessica Parker, Moore will step into the role of the hair care brand’s newest spokesperson. According to People, Moore will first lend her locks to the Garnier Nutrisse hair color campaign, which will surely include print ads and televised commercials. We can’t think of anyone more deserving to be the face of a major beauty brand than Mandy Moore!

2. She’s engaged.

As if her latest business venture wasn’t exciting enough, Moore and her boyfriend of two years, Dawes frontman Taylor Goldsmith, are engaged! (And, of course, she broke the news to her This Is Us family in the most Pearson way possible.) If you’re a religious follower of her Instagram stories (and you should be), then you know the pair have been hard at work on a home remodel. On and off screen, Moore is building her picture perfect Jack and Rebecca home life. Congratulations to the happy couple!

3. She’s made her return to music.

It’s been nearly 10 years — 10 years! — since Mandy Moore released music that wasn’t involved with her Disney voice work. However, her role as Rebecca Pearson on This Is Us has inspired the artist to return to her music roots and record her seventh album. While that’s still a ways off, Moore released an exclusive new cover from the This Is Us soundtrack on her official VEVO page. Yeah, that’s right. Her VEVO page has been revived with new tunes rather than being the prime destination for nostalgia. Until she’s ready to head back into the studio, we’ll have “Willin'” on repeat!

4. She’s back on the big screen in a big way.

If you weren’t a superfan of Mandy Moore’s classic ’00s pop songs (or her lesser known underrated deep cuts), then you must be familiar with her iconic body of work on the big screen. From The Princess Diaries to A Walk To Remember to Because I Said So, Moore’s movies made an impact and still receive regular airplay on cable. Well, in 2017, she returned to the big screen in summer’s modest hit 47 Meters Down. Next year, she will appear in the YA sci-fi adaptation The Darkest Minds, but that’s just the beginning. Get ready to see a lot more Mandy!

This Is Us returns for Season 2 on Tuesday, Sept. 26 at 9/8c on NBC.
