If Marvel has taught us one thing, is that you can’t trust new characters. And with no identified villain this season just yet, we’re suspicious of everyone! In the second season of Jessica Jones, Trish Walker has moved on from Will Simpson and is now dating Griffin Sinclair, a journalist.
Griffin is friendly, even to Jessica, and appears to deeply care about Trish. He understands that Jessica Jones comes as part of the package of dating Trish, and he’s totally cool about it. He loves Jess and jokes around with her. When we first meet him, we can’t help but to like him, but not so fast!
Next: Jessica Jones' diet of Red Bull and whiskey
After a couple of episodes, Jessica reveals to Trish that she looked into Griffin. This doesn’t come as a surprise, Jessica is overprotective of Trish and did her research on Griffin. The result? As squeaky clean as one can get! So does that mean he’s off the hook? Not exactly.
This wouldn’t be the first time we’re fooled by a seemingly innocent character. We screened the first set of episodes of Season 2 and Griffin is definitely sneaky, but we know what he’s up to, and you will too by episode five. Still, we’re keeping our eyes peeled all season long!
What do you think? Do you believe Griffin as harmless as he seems? What do you think of the season so far?
Jessica Jones Season 2 is now streaming on Netflix.
